Assembly Process

• Base jacks positioning and laying in rows

  Precautions: The foundation must meet the bearing capacity requiremenets and the initial height of the base jack nut must be determined based on the structual elevation.

• Standard Extention

  Precautions: The standard is erected to extend upwards on a socket manner.

• Cross Bars Installation

  Precautions: Clarity the spacing, specification and installation positions of the cross bar accordingly to the construction design scheme. When installing on the first floor, it is not advisable to tighten the cross bar wedge first. After checking the level, they should be uniformly tightened.

• Diagonal Brace Installation

  Precautions: Once the horizontal adjustment of the first-floor scaffolding is finished, proceed with the installation of the first-floor diagonal brace. When installing diagonal brace, a triangular force system should be formed with the standard and cross bars.

• Head Jack Installation

  Precautions: In cases where there is a significant gap between the main keel and the U-shaped groove of the head jack, the head jack can be adjusted to rotate an appropriate angle. This adjustment ensures that the U-shaped groove snugly fits against the main keel, preventing any slippage.
